2. Sales Partner Responsibilities

3. Commissions and Withholding

Commission payouts may be subject to statutory withholding requirements. By registering, you consent to KoroERP using your Tax PIN for compliance, withholding calculations, and reporting. Commission rates are set at KoroERP's discretion and communicated individually upon acceptance.

4. Tax Information

You are responsible for ensuring your Tax PIN and tax profile details are valid. Invalid tax details may delay or block payouts.

5. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

6. Suspension and Termination

KoroERP may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or regulatory non-compliance.

7. Changes to Terms

KoroERP may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
